We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, brokerage details, and any content you upload or send through keyline. We also collect usage data and device information to improve our service.
We use your information to provide and improve the keyline service, send transactional communications (invite emails, deal notifications, billing alerts), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in Canada. Files and documents you upload are stored in Supabase Storage with CDN delivery. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS.
Within a deal space, messages and documents are visible to all participants you invite. Your agent profile information is visible to clients in your deal spaces. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (Stripe for billing, Resend for email delivery).
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If your subscription lapses, your account enters a read-only state. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
